Here I stand,
On the spot of our first day of meeting,
On the spot we said, ‘yes,’
On the spot we stamped our vestige(?)
Thinking, maybe, that ‘it’s over’ was just a dream of yesterday,
But it wasn’t. How could you?
How could you
Make me sleep on your words?
My life was rung round your promises,
Promises of an unending love.
You make scrutinized our love for Romeo and Juliet’s,
But, now, here we are in a ‘nowhere’ land.
A land induced from infidelity.
A land that whispers melodies of aches.
I believed in you,
I made your words a life to my void world,
I made you the first rains that visited my desert,
But now, I’ve become a sheep without a shepherd
And a scout of different pencils.
My heart fell in love with death
At the rejection from you.
I was betrayed by your sincere hostility.
What a beast you are to turn a breeze of love
Into a tsunami of tears!
I feel dead, buried within a carcass called body
Lost to be found lost by love.
